Accomodation

There is an option of accommodation at the University of Gdansk student dormitories.

Accommodation from 6 – 8 July for participants speaking during the conference with one accompanying person at a cost of PLN XXX per person per night (payable at the reception of the student dormitory after booking a space).

The reservations must be made in person at the UG Student Dormitories Section upon receiving confirmation of successful conference registration.

Accommodation in the student dormitories starts at noon, while the hotel day ends at 10 am.
