Information

Panel submissions are open to students, PhD students and young scientists.

In order to submit a panel, please complete a registration form containing basic information about the submitter and the panel (title and description).

In the case of students and doctoral students, the identification of a panel supervisor (at least with a doctoral degree) is required.

Panel submitters undertake the review and qualification of submissions, liaise with participants on substantive and technical issues, and moderate the panel.

The thematic range of panels is open and can revolve around broad areas as well as specific topics.

If a panel is accepted into the conference programme, the panel submitter may be added to the organising committee and the panel supervisor to the scientific committee.

The cost of participation in the conference is PLN 490 per participant.

The fee is PLN 390 for a panel organiser.

Registration for panel organisers ends on 19 March or when the available spaces are exhausted.

Registration for presenters begins on 24 March and runs until 9 June or until the available spaces are exhausted.

The conference fee includes participation in all points of the conference, food (lunches, dinners, coffee breaks) and the publishing of the participant’s article in the post-conference publication.

As part of the conference fee, you can submit and moderate more than one panel and hold lectures in the panel you and other moderators are leading.

Payment should be made once the panel is qualified to be featured in the Congress programme (registration of at least 4 persons to appear)
