We have provided 2 possibilities for participation in the Congress for people who want to listen to speakers and/or take part in thematic panels: 

Free Listener – we do not charge any fee, we do not provide meals and we do not provide seats in Student Houses at a preferential price. You do not need to fill in any form and register your desire to participate as a Free Listener. 

Passive participant – fee is required 490 PLN, the participant does not give a talk, but enjoys all the privileges arising from the conference, i.e. full board, promotional materials, accompanying events etc. Then accommodation in the student house will be 32.40 PLN / day. 

Those interested in passive participation are asked to fill in the form, https://forms.gle/STZAE65S8TGRMzDr9 Sending an application is equivalent to the obligation to pay a fee (490 PLN) no later than 5 July. Applications are accepted until 30 June.
