Admission is free for all those wishing to attend the lectures and panels at the Congress. Those wishing to participate in the additional points with food and the possibility of accommodation at a discounted price need to fill out the form:

The Young Science Congress is a regular international and multidisciplinary scientific conference that takes place at the University of Gdansk.

During the project’s dozens of panels, young scientists can present their research results, discuss their theses, establish academic contacts and develop themselves scientifically.

The topics of the conference presentations are not limited – the schedule includes speeches from the sciences, experimental sciences, humanities, social sciences and others.

The conference is attended by students, PhD students and other young scientists.

The high quality of the presentations is ensured by a scientific committee formed by representatives of Gdansk’s universities.

The previous edition hosted dozens of interdisciplinary panels, where around 180 young speakers presented their research findings and held discussions.

The cost of participation in the conference is PLN 490 per participant and PLN 70 for students, PhD students and other young scientists of UG.

The fee is PLN 390 for a panel organiser and PLN 70 for students, PhD students and other young scientists of UG.

Registration for panel organisers ends on 19 March or when the available spaces are exhausted.

Registration for presenters will begin on 24 March and will run until 9 June or until the available spaces are exhausted.

The conference fee includes participation in all points of the conference, food (lunches, dinners, coffee breaks) and the publishing of the participant’s article in the post-conference publication.
